Q: How do I access the building and studios?

S-Bahn operates on a self-service principle. After booking and payment you will receive a confirmation mail.

This mail contains your personal PIN and booking details send from noreply@s-bahn.ireserve.nl

A link is also included to control the locks of the building and studio from the Exivo web portal.

It directs you to the Exivo webpage where you can enter your personal PIN from the confirmation mail.

Once entered correctly, a screen will display two button keys to open the main entrance and your studio door.

Access to these control buttons only work 10 min before and during your booked slot, outside these times you will receive an error.

Q: How do on request bookings work?

Between 02:00 and 08:00 bookings can be made on a request basis. It works almost the same as a normal booking except it submits a request first which needs to be approved.

When the request is made no payment is needed yet, you will receive an e-mail with a payment link when your booking is approved. After the payment is done you will receive a confirmation mail, please note the payment need to be fulfilled within hour to prevent the request slot from being released.

For on-request bookings we ask a deposit of 100 EUR, this will be refunded after the booking within 3-4 working days to the original bankaccount or credit card. If any damage has occurred and/or house rules have been violated, the deposit is not or only partial refunded.

Q: What are the house rules?

Maximum of 5 persons per studio

Personal Responsibility:  You're accountable for the studio space, its contents, and the individuals you invite during your session.

Only bring guests whom you trust and would welcome into your own home.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises of S-Bahn Studio. Any violation of this rule, by you or your guests, will result in fines. Activating the Fire Alarm due to smoking will incur additional penalties.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on S-Bahn Studio premises, including its grounds. Please be aware that our security team monitors CCTV footage 24/7.

Close the doors:  Keep outside and studio doors closed and respect other musicians in the studios.

Think of the planet - turn off the air-conditioning. If you switch them on, remember to turn off the air-con, or heater fan, before you leave

Respectful Departure:  Leave S-Bahn Studio in a considerate manner, being mindful of neighbors and surroundings. Avoid lingering outside the building and minimize noise levels when exiting. Trash can be disposed in the container in the alley.

Responsible Conduct:  While guests are welcome during your session, you're responsible for their actions and behavior while at S-Bahn Studio.

Q: What is the visit address of the studio's?

From Central Station you can take bus 22, get out at stop Contactweg. From here it is a 5 min walk to the studio.

When coming from Sloterdijk you can take metro 50 or 51 to Isolatorweg and walk to the studio in 3 min.

Q: How can I change or cancel my reservation?

To change or cancel your reservation, please email info@sbahnstudio.com or WhatsApp on +31613123989 . 

We will respond as soon as possible to confirm your new booking and provide a new unique PIN valid during your slot.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

•Cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before your session starts, a refund will be provided in credit.

•Cancellations within 4 hours are non-refundable.

•We maintain a 1-hour booking cancellation grace period: 

Cancel within one hour of booking (unless it's within 1 hour of your session start) to get a full credit refund.

Q: Can I get an invoice for my booking?

Yes, please email info@sbahnstudio.com with your booking ID to request an invoice.

Q: How do I get started once inside the studio?

Follow these steps to get started:

1. Turn on and set the lights using the remote

2. Switch on decks and mixer using the power buttons on the top right

3. Plug in your USB and headphone

4. You're now ready to go!

Reminder:

When leaving ensure everything is turned off, including the air conditioning and leave the building with consideration for the environment.
